Q1:What currency are prices shown in?

Q2. How can I choose the right size?

Please navigate to your Shopping bag page and locate the area of Enter or Select coupon code. Enter a code in that area and click on the "apply" button before proceeding to checkout.
Q4. Why am I not receiving the 50% discount as advertised for the Buy 3 get 4th 50% off?
The one with the lowest price among the 4 items you purchased will enjoy a 50% discount automatically.
However, please note that all event discounts such as Buy 2 get 2nd 20% off, Buy 3 get 4th 50% off, flash sale, etc., are mutually exclusive, and invalidated if a discount code is applied.
Q5. Why do I not enjoy free shipping?
Please verify if your order reach the minimum thresholds after all the discounts have been applied. Additionally, please note that final-sale items are not eligible for free shipping.
Q6. Can I make a change to an order I just placed?

Your orders will be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the US, EU, or Asia. The specific warehouse will depend on the availability of stock and your delivery address.
Q2. Can you ship the order in one package?
Items are prepared by different warehouses on our website, so they might be shipped separately. The good news is that there won't be any extra shipping fees for separate shipments. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Q3. When will I receive my order?
Typically, you are expected to receive your package in 3-7 business days with express or 7-13 business days with Standard shipping. Please get more details in the Shipping & Delivery.

Q4. Why hasn't my package's tracking information been updated for a few days?
One of the most common reasons is that the package is being held by customs for inspection. Please do not worry, the tracking information will resume updating after release from the custom.

Q1. How do I request a return?
We accept return applications within 30 days from the date of receipt. You can initiate the return process through Return Request.

Return&Exchange Policy
-All Purchases (except swimwear, underwear, panties, and accessories, final sale, bundle sale, blind box) can be returned to our US Return Warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact.
-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
-Final sale item(s), bundle sale and blind boxes are not eligible for return.
-Swimwear, underwear, panties, bags and accessories can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
Note:Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
How to Make Your Return
Step1: Click the "Tracking Order" feature at the bottom menu of our home page,then enter your Email Address and Order Number accordingly.
Step2: There is a "Return" button in the specific order. You need to click it to submit the return request and you will get authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.
Step3: Input return shipping details ( tracking No.& delivery company ) on order page after returning the package to insure speedy process.(Log in our website and click "You - Order list - After sales history - View Detail - Return " to input the return shipping details).
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
Fast Refund
- Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with product tag back to our return center. Once the returned parcel reaches the return center, the refund will be issued to your Rhyvra Wallet or the original payment account (or other refund methods) as per your request in 3 to 7 business days.
Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.
Kind Reminder before returning
-Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
-Return packages should be authorized.
-Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning matches your return request. Do not include additional item(s) not listed.
Order Cancellation
- Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.
For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 1 day of processing time and then 7-13 days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 8-14 business days.
